I have ordered from the lovely Yuliana every year for about 3 years now.. Honestly, this very talented lady’s culinary creations just get better and better. This was outstanding! A birthday cake for myself and gosh, what a breath of fresh air to have light and crispy gorgeousness instead of a stodgy sponge covered in sickly buttercream. I LOVE macarons and have always hunted down a patisserie around the world from Paris to Rome to Belgium (and beyond, although not quite as authentic) so I know my macarons and Yuliana’s are the best in the world! I have instructed hubby that I want this amazing creation EVERY year for my birthday. Can’t wait to order again soon!
