Our New York Cheesecake is baked low and slow — the way it should be — until it reaches that perfect, barely-trembling set that melts the moment it touches your tongue. Made with rich Philadelphia cream cheese, a whisper of vanilla, and a generous pour of cream, it's dense without being heavy, indulgent without being cloying, and utterly, completely impossible to stop at one slice.

Beneath it all sits a buttery digestive biscuit base with just enough crunch to remind you there's a world outside this cheesecake. There isn't, really. Not while this is on the plate.

Serve it cool and unadorned for the full New York experience, or dress it with fresh fruit, a drizzle of caramel, or whatever your heart desires. However you choose to enjoy it, one thing is certain: you'll be thinking about it long after the last forkful.
